When you contact us, book sessions, complete intake forms, make payments, or communicate during coaching.
To deliver personalised training and nutrition programmes, manage bookings and administration, process payments, improve our services, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share with staff, payment providers, booking platforms, and legal or regulatory advisers where required by law.
Password protection, restricted system access, secure software platforms, and secure storage practices for both electronic and paper records.
Only as long as necessary. Health-related records may be retained for up to 10 years from the last interaction.
Under the Privacy Act 2020, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. Contact our Privacy Officer to make a request.

These Terms include an assumption of risk, release of liability, and limitations of liability. Please read carefully before purchasing or participating.
By purchasing, accessing, or participating in any programme, you confirm you have read and agree to these Terms.
The Programme may include individualised training plans, exercise instruction, accountability coaching, educational materials, messaging support, live or recorded sessions, and progress tracking. Results vary — no specific outcomes are guaranteed.
Payment must be made in full before receiving access. If a payment fails or is reversed, access may be suspended. We are not required to begin delivery until payment has cleared.
All sales are final once the Programme has started (i.e. once you receive your plan, gain app access, or attend a session). Refunds may be available only where expressly offered in writing, or where applicable law requires.
You must provide accurate and complete health information, update us if anything changes, and obtain medical clearance from a qualified healthcare professional if required.
We provide fitness coaching and exercise programming only. We do not diagnose conditions or prescribe treatment.
You are responsible for your body, environment, and how you perform exercises. Exercise in a safe space with suitable equipment. Stop any exercise that feels unsafe.
Physical exercise involves inherent risks including strains, sprains, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, and in rare cases serious injury. You voluntarily choose to participate with full knowledge of these risks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
All Programme materials are the property of Hilltop Fitness Limited. You may not reproduce, share, or sell these without written permission.
